SignalCraft Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing reports, purchasing credits or using SignalCraft, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. The Service

SignalCraft is an evidence-based business research platform that searches publicly available information and uses artificial intelligence to generate structured reports about business ideas.

SignalCraft is an information and research tool only.

3. Accounts

Some features may be used without creating an account.

Purchasing report bundles, managing credits and accessing previous reports require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Payments

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

SignalCraft does not receive or store your payment card details.

Prices are displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• One-off reports are consumed immediately upon generation
• Purchased credits remain available for 90 days from the date of purchase

We do not offer refunds for consumed or expired credits, except where required by law.

5. No Professional Advice

SignalCraft does not provide:

• Business advice
• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Legal advice
• Market research services

Reports are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only.

You remain solely responsible for all commercial decisions made using SignalCraft outputs.

6. No Guarantee of Accuracy

SignalCraft makes no guarantee that reports are:

• Accurate
• Complete
• Current
• Suitable for any particular purpose

You must independently verify all information before relying upon it.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Submit unlawful, harmful or misleading content
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform
• Use automated tools to abuse the service
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others

8. Your Submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant SignalCraft a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

You must not submit information you do not have the right to disclose.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the SignalCraft platform, software, branding and report formats belong to SignalCraft.

You may use generated reports for your own personal or business purposes but may not resell or redistribute them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalCraft shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of opportunity
• Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SignalCraft in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Suspension and Termination

SignalCraft may suspend or terminate access to the platform at its discretion, including where these Terms are breached.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to the Service

SignalCraft may modify, update or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of SignalCraft after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
